Desiccant dry cabinets are the latest technology solution used to protect MSD’s (moisture-sensitive materials). Specially designed air ducts and circulation system directs the humid air homogeneously to the drying units. Desiccant units absorb humid air and provide a moisture-free environment into the cabinet. X-Treme Series Auto Dry Cabinets offers the fastest and most efficient dehumidification ability in the industry with the patented state-of-the-art drying units (DHM-01). Thanks to its comprehensive software when the desiccant units are saturated with moisture, they can regenerate themselves without any user intervention, and only when they need to regenerate, in this way they can prepare themselves for the next drying process.
Desiccant dry cabinets with double dryer units provide a fast, reliable, and uninterrupted drying process by enabling the drying units to work together in a comprehensive algorithm. In case of any malfunction, the dryer units back up each other and continue the drying process. All parameters related to dehumidification can be adjusted and monitored on the touch screen control panel.
Desiccant Dry Cabinets are suitable for both long- and short-term storage needs. Thanks to its ability to dry down to 0.5% RH (Relative Humidity) with high-quality dryer units, it’s possible to reset floor life of MSD Electronic Components without baking. Thus, we can prevent time loss, cost loss, and failures that may occur due to high-temperature baking. It is the most efficient solution for removing moisture trapped in the component and PCB.
In the market, baking is generally done for floor life resetting operations. The drying unit of X-Treme Series Auto Dry Cabinets operating at very low humidity levels and optional heating units up to 100ᵒC work together to provide a fast and healthy baking process at low temperatures. It provides a larger area and a more controlled drying environment compared to traditional ovens.
